Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Pie Crust:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it firmly against the bottom and sides. Trim any excess dough and crimp the edges for a decorative finish.
