Preparation:
In a saucepan, combine the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
Add the milk a little at a time.
Bring to the heat and heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Add the butter cut into pieces and let it melt.
Arrange the biscuits in a pyrophile forming a compact layer and then cover with the cream. Form other layers in the same way.
Melt the finely chopped chocolate in the hot cream.
Add the peanuts.
Use this mixture to coat the cake.
Set in the fridge before serving.
