Potato Fritters: How to Make Them in Just a Few Steps!

  • Preparation

    1. Peel and mash the cooked potatoes.
    2. Mix mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, nutmeg, egg yolks and parmesan.
    3. Cut the cheese into rectangles.
      Take a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and form a patty, wrap it around the cheese making sure it is completely covered.
    4. Whisk 2 eggs and cover each potato fritter with egg and breadcrumbs.
    5. Fry for 6-7 minutes or until evenly browned.
