Instructions
- In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
- Drain grease, rinse with water and transfer to slow cooker.
- Add tomatoes, garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
- Add ketchup and broth.
- Stir to combine and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Add cooked macaroni and allow to heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve.
