Ingredients:
Chicken cut into chunks (i used 2 breast but thighs work well too)
Plain flour to coat chicken
Butter
1 onion diced
6 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoon light brown sugar
1tsp crushed garlic
Method:
Add the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic to the slow cooker (put that on high) and while that’s heating up, coat the chicken in the flour then fry in butter till browned, add to the slow cooker then softened the onions in the pan before adding to the rest. Cook on high for two hours
