Ingredients:

Dates: 100g (approximately 3.5 ounces)

Apples: 70g (approximately 2.5 ounces)

Dried Cranberries: 45g (approximately 1.6 ounces)

Raisins: 50g (approximately 1.8 ounces)

Dried Apricots: 80g (approximately 2.8 ounces)

Pumpkin Seeds: 50g (approximately 1.8 ounces)

Almonds: 70g (approximately 2.5 ounces)

Roasted Cashews: 75g (approximately 2.6 ounces)

Sesame Seeds (some reserved for garnishing): 35g (approximately 1.2 ounces)

Pine Nuts: 20g (approximately 0.7 ounces)

Flax Seeds: 20g (approximately 0.7 ounces)

Preparation Steps:

Commence by rinsing the dried fruits in cold water to eliminate any preservatives and activate their nutrients. Soak them for 15-20 minutes.

While the fruits are soaking, slice the almonds and roughly chop the cashews.

Lightly roast the pumpkin seeds and pine nuts in a dry pan until fragrant to enhance their flavor.

After soaking, pit the dates and chop them, along with the dried apricots, into small pieces.
