INGREDIENTS
- 4 tablespoons butter (half a stick)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 (15 oz) cans sweet corn, drained
- 1 (7oz) can fire roasted green chiles, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a large saucepan, heat butter, cream cheese, and milk. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the corn, chiles, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Transfer corn mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
