Ingredients:
- 2 pounds frozen pierogies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Pierogies:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the frozen pierogies according to the package instructions until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.
