CHICKEN TORTELLINI ALFREDO

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cheese tortellini
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions:

Cooking the Tortellini

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the cheese tortellini to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain the cooked tortellini and set aside.
