EASY STEAK BUTTER

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Butter Mixture:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
  • Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the butter mixture is smooth and creamy.

2. Shape the Butter:

  • Transfer the butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  • Shape the butter into a log or cylinder, using the wrap to help form it into a uniform shape.
  • Wrap the butter tightly in the plastic wrap or parchment paper and twist the ends to secure.

3. Chill the Butter:

  • Place the wrapped butter in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
