Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Butter Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the butter mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Shape the Butter:
- Transfer the butter mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
- Shape the butter into a log or cylinder, using the wrap to help form it into a uniform shape.
- Wrap the butter tightly in the plastic wrap or parchment paper and twist the ends to secure.
3. Chill the Butter:
- Place the wrapped butter in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until firm.
