GREEN BEANS AND POTATOES

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preparing the Ingredients:

  • Wash the green beans thoroughly under cold running water and trim the ends.
  • Peel the potatoes and dice them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the onion.

2. Sautéing the Aromatics:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the skillet, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
