- 2 pounds chicken wings, split at the joint, tips discarded
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well to combine.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.
