Ingredients:
- 3-4 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 head cabbage, cored and sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
1. Preparing the Slow Cooker:
- Place the sliced onion, minced garlic, carrots, and potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the beef broth to the slow cooker, ensuring the vegetables are submerged.
2. Preparing the Corned Beef:
- Remove the corned beef brisket from its packaging and rinse it under cold water to remove any excess brine.
- Place the brisket on top of the vegetables in the slow cooker.
