Ingredients:
- 4 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 4 medium yellow squashes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Squash
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the sliced zucchinis and yellow squashes to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
