Ingredients:

  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
  2. Slice the vegetables: Thinly slice the potatoes, zucchinis, and onion. Mince the garlic cloves.
Step 2: Layer the Ingredients
  1. Create a base layer: Arrange half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer the zucchini and onion: Arrange half of the sliced zucchinis and onions on top of the potatoes.
  3. Repeat the layers: Repeat the process with the remaining potatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary, zucchinis, and onions.
