Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

Assembling the Meatloaf
  1. Press half of the meat mixture into the bottom of a greased loaf pan, creating an even layer.
  2. Layer the cubed mozzarella cheese on top of the meat mixture, leaving a border around the edges.
  3. Top with the remaining half of the meat mixture, pressing down gently to seal the edges.
Baking and Glazing
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard powder.
  2. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving and Enjoying
  1. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Slice the meatloaf and serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
