For the Gravy:
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Sausages
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned all over, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through.
Step 2: Make the Mashed Potatoes
- While the sausages are baking, place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add the butter and warmed milk to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
