In a large bowl or container, start with a layer of provolone cheese.
Add the ham on top.
Layer on the sliced onion, shredded lettuce, sliced avocado, banana peppers, pickles, and tomato.
Season:
Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
Sprinkle with dried oregano.
