2 cups water

For the Custard:

5 cups milk

5 tablespoons sugar

6 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons wheat starch

1 tablespoon butter

1 packet vanilla extract

For the Cream:

1 packet whipped cream

1 cup milk

To Decorate:

Pistachios

Coconut flakes
