Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta, half the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to create your cheese filling.
Assemble Rolls: Lay out the cooked lasagna sheets on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Bolognese sauce on each sheet, then top with the cheese mixture. Carefully roll the sheets from one end to the other.
Arrange in Baking Dish: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the rolls, seam side down, on the dish. Pour the remaining Bolognese sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
