Vodka Sauce Pasta using a Slow Cooker Method Servings: 6

What You Need:

Penne pasta, 1 pound
a tablespoon of canola oil
Finely cut one small onion and mince four cloves of garlic.
1/2 cup of vodka
two 28-ounce cans ground tomatoes
a measuring cup with whipped cream
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Black pepper, half a teaspoon
dried oregano, 1 teaspoon
half a spoonful of pesto
Parmesan cheese, half a cup grated
Use fresh parsley or basil as a garnish
