Homemade ice cream with only 3 ingredients !!

2 cups of heavy cream

1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk

Any flavoring that you prefer (such as vanilla extract, cocoa powder or fruit puree)

Instructions:
Using a large mixing bowl whisk the heavy cream to stiff peaks. This means that when the beaters are lifted or a spoon is used, the cream retains its shape.

Combine your sweetened condensed milk with gentle folding until well mixed. This will ensure that the ice cream has a creamy texture and is sweet enough.

Add your preferred flavoring into it. For vanilla ice cream put in one or two teaspoons of vanilla extracts. If you want chocolate just include cocoa powder. You can have your own fruit purees, extracts, or any other added flavors.

Cover it and pour this mixture tightly into a container suitable for freezing.

For it to go firm freeze it for six hours at least or overnight.

Finally, take out scoops from your homemade tasteful ice-cream after freezing!

Remember to taste! Just find combinations and toppings which work best for you personally. Enjoy!
