Mongolian Beef Stir-Fry with Ramen

Heat oil in a pan. Stir-fry beef until browned, then remove.
Stir-fry bell pepper and snap peas.
Return beef to pan, add soy sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Toss with cooked ramen noodles.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
