Heat oven to preheating: Set oven temperature to 350°F, or 175°C. Lightly grease two loaf pans that measure 9×5 inches.

Things needed for making cream: The butter, cream cheese, and sugar should be combined in a big basin. Integrate the eggs and vanilla extract by beating them in.

Mix the dry ingredients: In one another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Bring the wet and dry ingredients together. Slowly incorporate the dry components into the wet mixture while stirring constantly.

Add caramel to the batter layers: Fill up each loaf pan with ½ of the batter. Add ½ cup of caramel topping by spoonful and mix it around. Pour in the rest of the batter.

If you want a clean toothpick test, place a toothpick in the middle and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

Wait for it to cool down before you serve it. Savor it!
