*Setup: Lower half of the oven’s oven rack should be your starting point. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss together the parsley, parmesan, bread crumbs, eggs, marinara, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a major basin. Add the onion and mix well.
