Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the steak strips with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear steak in the skillet until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed, and cook the shrimp until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Add butter to the skillet, then sauté garlic, bell pepper, and onion until softened.
Return steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together and heat through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
