• 125 grams of beef (boiled or steamed)

• 1 apple
• 1 whole wheat sponge cake
DAY 5
Lunch
• 200 grams of meat or cooked fish water
• 1 tomato
• 1 whole wheat toast
Dinner
• ½ kilo of carrots or peas or potatoes (cooked in water or steamed)
