Spread parchment paper on a baking pan.
Put all of the sugars—brown, granulated, and sweetened condensed—into a big pot and melt them over medium heat. Bring the ingredients to a boil while stirring continuously.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes on low heat.
Whisk in the vanilla essence after taking it from the stove.
Drop the caramel onto the baking sheet using rounded teaspoons.
Allow the caramel to cool down a little.
The butter and chocolate chips should be melted in a medium bowl using either a microwave or a double boiler.
Before placing on the ready-to-bake baking sheet, dip each caramel in the melted chocolate.
Add the pecans as a garnish.
Prior to serving, ensure that the turtles have cooled completely.
