 Mexican Pork Tamales

Ingredients:
For the Tamales:
2 cups masa harina
1 cup chicken or pork broth
1/2 cup vegetable oil or lard
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
20-30 dried corn husks, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes
For the Pork Filling:
2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups red chile sauce (homemade or store-bought)
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
