How to make an apple pie with a captivating aroma?
Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture becomes frothy. Add the oil slowly while kneading the dough.
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt, then add everything to the egg mixture, alternating with the fruit juice. Work with the planetary mixer until you obtain a homogeneous dough, also adding the cinnamon.
Butter and flour a circular mold with a diameter of 24 cm. Transfer the cake mixture inside.
Peel the apples and divide them into quarters. Cut each quarter with a knife, but do not go all the way through. Arrange them in a radial pattern on the cake, pressing them lightly into the dough.
