Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Spread the quartered biscuits evenly at the base of the prepared baking dish, creating a fluffy foundation for your casserole.
In a bowl, whisk together the 6 large eggs with 1/2 cup of milk. Add a pinch of salt and a crack of black pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits, ensuring each piece is coated. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the egg-coated biscuits. Generously sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the eggs have set.
Remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with optional toppings like chopped green onions, hot sauce, or salsa if desired. Slice and serve warm.
