🛒 Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef 🥩
1 cup long-grain white rice 🍚
½ cup chopped yellow onion 🧅
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 teaspoon salt 🧂

2 cups beef broth 🍲
1 cup sour cream 🍦
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the meat is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain any excess fat.
