How to Prepare Chicken Casserole for Your Guests
- In a large pan on the stove, add the chicken broth, chopped garlic, and onion.
- Place the chicken in the mixture and bring it to a boil.
- Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and cover. Let it cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the broth and shred it into small pieces. Set aside, keeping the broth for later.
- Melt the butter and pour it over the stuffing in a bowl. Mix in a large pot.
- Blend the sour cream and chicken broth together using a hand mixer, then mix in the cream of chicken soup.
- Place the stuffing at the bottom of a baking dish, then layer the chicken on top.
- Next, add the broccoli on top of the chicken.
- Pour the mixed soup over the dish and sprinkle some of the stuffing on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
