Ingredients:
For the sauce:
4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small sweet onion, small diced
5 cloves garlic, minced minced
4 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken stock
1 ½ Tablespoons Better Than Boullion chicken base
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
½ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoon black pepper
For assembly:
4 cups small diced cooked chicken
2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
1 large egg
splash of water
