Ingredients
– 1 cup crab meat, fresh or canned, thoroughly drained
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 egg, beaten (for the crab cake mixture)
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
– 6 egg roll wrappers
– 1 egg, beaten (for sealing the egg rolls)
– Oil, for frying
