Creamy Chocolate Layered Dessert !!

Instructions:

Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:

Whip cream cheese in a mixing bowl until it gets smooth.

Gradually add icing sugar and vanilla extract while beating well.

Fold gently through the whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.

Spread this mixture evenly into the base of a shallow dish or pan.

 

Prepare the Chocolate Layer:

Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan on medium heat until it is tosimmering.

Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes.

Blend the mixture until the chocolate is dissolved, smooth and fluid.

Pour this over the cheese mixture, evenly covering everything.

Chill:

Put in the fridge and let it be there for 2 hours as minimum or until it hardens.

Slice into squares and serve cold.

 

 

Hints for Success:

The cream cheese must be well softened so they mix smoothly together.

Make sure that you let your dessert chill enough to set these layers properly in place.

Adding of any good dark chocolate is necessary if you want to get a flavorful substitute that will satisfy your taste buds
