This crunchy-soft chocolate-pear cake is not too sweet, the pears bring freshness and go wonderfully with the chocolate (but you already know that!), the mousse is melting and the lace pancakes, combined with crushed hazelnuts, bring crunch!
This is an easy dessert to make, but it does require some time. Come on…to motivate you…I’ll tell you that this cake is easy to eat!
So for the recipe you need:
Ingredients for 8 people:
The biscuit:
– 2 eggs
– 60 g of dark chocolate
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 tbsp of cornstarch.
The crispy:
– 60 g of hazelnuts
– 8 plain lace pancakes
– 100 g of dark chocolate
– 3 large pears
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 30 g of butter
Chocolate mousse:
– 200 g dark chocolate
– 70% cocoa
– 6 egg whites
– 2 tbsp caster sugar
