Easy Bow Tie Pasta Lasagna

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef or Italian sausage over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat and stir in the marinara sauce. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked pasta, followed by half of the meat sauce, dollops of ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Add the remaining pasta, the rest of the meat sauce, and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve hot.
