Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
Mix Chicken Filling: In a large bowl, blend the pulled chicken, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic, egg, basil, salt, and black pepper.
Assemble Twirls: Spread the chicken mixture evenly onto each lasagna noodle. Roll them tightly and place in a greased baking dish with white sauce on the bottom.
Add Sauce & Cheese: Cover the rolls with the remaining white sauce and top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
Serve: Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
