Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Prepare the Coating Stations:
In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk. In a third dish, mix the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Coat the Chicken Tenders:
Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, shaking off the excess. Then dip it into the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken tender in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Arrange on Baking Sheet:
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly spray or drizzle them with olive oil to help them crisp up while baking.
Bake the Chicken Tenders:
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy your delicious Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders!
