Family Favorite: This recipe has been tested and enjoyed by my family, and has become a much-loved dish that we often make at home. The combination of flavors and the simple preparation are what make it popular with everyone.
Ingredients:
4 cups of diced ham is the same as 560 grams.
1/2 cup (120 grams) of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of a sauce called Worcestershire
2 small spoons of Dijon mustard
Half a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
1/4 teaspoon of hot sauce
Add salt and pepper as desired.
Directions:
In a food processor, finely chop the ham.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, and hot sauce. Mix well.
Place the little ham pieces in the bowl and stir thoroughly until everything is well combined.
Taste the salad and season it with salt and pepper as you prefer.
Chill the ham salad in the refrigerator until you’re ready to eat.
Enjoy this tasty salad in sandwiches, wraps, or as a delicious spread.
Opinions:
To make it more spicy, add extra hot sauce or a little cayenne pepper.
You can add diced pickles, onions, or herbs like parsley or chives to make your own special tastes.
