Ingredients:
For the steak roll-ups:
1 lb. thinly sliced sirloin steak, pounded thin, cut into 1″x3″ strips
2 Tbsp avocado or olive oil, divided
3 bell peppers (different colors), cut into thin strips
1 large yellow onion, sliced into strips
2-3 green onions, green parts sliced
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
