I made chicken noodle soup for dinner last night & am having it for lunch today. I could live off of soup…..and pickles lol.

Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
8 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups egg noodles
