Put a bowl or another pan that can withstand heat on top of the first pot with water.
Add miniature marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and butter to the top dish.
Heat the ingredients in the pan, like a double boiler.
Mix until everything is melted.
Step three:
Carefully mix in the gumdrops.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Leave it overnight for the nougat to harden.
Remove from the baking dish using the parchment paper, then cut into bars.
