Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In another bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the lemon zest.

Once the cake is done, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes. Then, remove the cake from the pan and transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once the cake is cool, drizzle the lemon glaze over the top.
