Ingredients
β 1 pound of thinly sliced steak (such as ribeye or sirloin)
β 1 onion, thinly sliced
β 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
β 8 large flour tortillas
β 2 cups of shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
β 2 tablespoons of olive oil
β Salt and pepper to taste
β Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, guacamole
Instructions
1. Prep the Ingredients:
β Thinly slice the steak against the grain for tenderness.
β Slice the onion and bell pepper into thin strips.
β Shred the cheese if not pre-shredded.
2. SautΓ© the Steak and Vegetables:
β Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
