Our appetites were aroused by the enticing aroma of pineapple and slow-cooked pork that drifted through the air. We devoured our generous helpings of pineapple glaze-drenched, succulent pork with great anticipation. We were whisked away to culinary heaven with the very first mouthful, thanks to the wonderful harmony of tastes. Ever since then, this dish has been our most treasured beach vacation ritual, bringing back happy memories with each taste.
Slow-Cooked Pineapple Pork Recipe
Pineapple pork cooked slowly with other ingredients:
1-2 pound roast of pork loin
Slicing one onion
1/2 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
half a cup of dark brown zahăr
¾ cup of vinegar made from apples
3/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1.5 teaspoons of salt
Three cloves of garlic, minced
Fresh pineapple chunks, chopped into 2 cups
Not required: 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes, crushed
