One pizza crust, stored in the fridge
1 and 1/2 cups of shredded cooked chicken breast
thinly sliced ham, half a cup
1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
quarter cup of Dijon mustard
Panko breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup
Beat one egg.
1-tablespoon melted butter
garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
dried parsley, 1 teaspoon
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, according to your preference.
How to Follow
1. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet and heat the oven to 375°F, or 190°C.
2. Preheat a baking sheet and roll out the pizza dough that has been chilled.
Step3: Evenly distribute the Dijon mustard over the pizza dough, ensuring a 1-inch margin around the outside.
After that, spread the mustard out evenly and top with the shredded chicken, thinly sliced ham, and shredded Swiss cheese.
5. Beginning with one of the longer sides, carefully roll up the pizza dough. Pinch the edges to seal the stromboli.
6. Lightly coat the stromboli with the beaten egg.
7. Combine dried parsley, garlic powder, melted butter, and Panko breadcrumbs in a small dish. On top of the stromboli, evenly distribute this mixture.
The stromboli should be cooked through and golden brown after 25 to 30 minutes in the oven. 8.
9. After a few minutes, remove from the heat and set aside to cool. Slice and serve.
Changes and Hints
Using mozzarella cheese instead of Swiss and a few slices of avocado for a creamy touch will provide a distinct taste profile. To make it hotter, before you stack the contents, sprinkle red pepper flakes over the mustard. Use rotisserie chicken that has already been cooked to save even more time.
