These Cabbage and Egg Patties are a tasty and fulfilling meal with crunchy sides and a soft middle. Great for a simple lunch or as a side dish, they go really well with a cool sour cream and cucumber sauce.

For the burgers:
1 little cabbage, cut into small pieces.
1 onion, cut into small pieces.
1 carrot, shredded
2 huevos
4 tablespoons of flour
Add salt as desired.
Add as much black pepper as you like.
Add paprika according to your preference.

Olive oil, for cooking in hot oil.
For the dressing:
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cucumber, cut into small pieces.
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
