CAJUN SHRIMP PASTA

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

Drain and set aside.In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning until well coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sliced bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the peppers are slightly tender.

Reduce the heat to medium and add the heavy cream and chicken broth to the skillet.

Stir well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet and stir until it melts and thickens the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet and add the cooked pasta. Toss everything together until well coated with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.Serve the Cajun shrimp pasta hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
